Awesome flow chart. But as I was reading it, I was struck by the fact that I know all of this. It's not a lack of knowledge that prevents me from handling conflict appropriately. It's the fact that it's hard work to handle conflict. I just don't want to deal with it!

One question about the flowchart. For conflicts with non-christians, is it unbiblical to approach them in a one on one manner with the matter, and then when if you are rejected go to the "Forgive and Accept the Injustice" phase. I feel like a vast number of conflicts with both other christians and unbelievers happen with the offending party completely unaware that they have hurt you. In a lot of cases, they just need to be aware, and this ends the whole conflict.

Ah...forgot about that. The next week I talked about how to help a friend who is stuck in sin (that is not against you). Here's a link to that message.

Noel: This is fantastic and helpful. I'm wondering about "#4 = No...Please Come Back Next Week" Could you expand on that? I'm thinking of parents protecting children or shepherds for their sheep. What's next? Do you have an extension or subchart for that? Thanks.
