God can certainly use anything to help us in our journey with him. In fact, sometimes we can actually have right theology that we gain in a wrong way.

The problem is when we build a theology or doctrine this way.

i remember times when i was away from church and would get excited about things like this ! im thinking it wasn't all bad even though it was worlds away from the bible it kept me from straying, but helped me remember how wonderful my god was .if it has even a minimal effect on someone who doesn't know Jesus maybe it will help jump start their journey !obviously its not the way we all know will help us but it may have a silver lining yes??
