Apparently, there have been quite a few misreportings on the Codex Sinaticus over the last several weeks.  Here is a great overview of some of the biggies:

One in particular is the resurrection one you cited.  The missing passage is not actually about Jesus&#039; resurrection but one of the passages regarding his appearances to his disciples.  It&#039;s actually a passage that has been hotly debated for years now.

		<description>Heyya Noel!  I thought you&#039;d be pretty interested in this.  I&#039;ve been following this for months.  It&#039;s neat they are putting the oldest bible found online.  I also  think it&#039;s interesting it doesn&#039;t even mention Christ rising again. I just think it&#039;s neat because I&#039;ve never been one to take the bible 100% literal truth but I think it&#039;s neat something that is so major to our religion wasn&#039;t in this bible. Hope you find it just as interesting!
