Brian’s church partners with one in South Africa. They took polaroids of their people, wrote down prayer requests on them and sent them over there. They asked the church in South Africa to pray for their church. This flipped around how most churches think about working with churches in third world countries.
Hi, I'm Noel and I'm a recovering hypocrite. I spend the majority of my time pastoring and teaching at Riverview, surfing the internet on my iProducts, and hanging out with my smoking hot wife and four wildly talented children. I plan on spending the rest of my life figuring out how to vicariously plant hundreds of churches without ever leaving my church. I actually go to Crossroads, the church where Brian Tome preaches. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that we’ve received just as much, or maybe even more, than we’ve given to the church in South Africa. It’s been an amazing relationship for both sides.
