Eat It

Somewhere in the neighborhood of a decade ago, I did this video tribute to Michael Jackson’s “Eat It.” It was the first video we ever made for our youth group and it was a hit around these parts. Now, I laugh at the production quality, etc, but I thought I’d post it at my own expense.
I referred to it this past weekend at Riv and promised I’d throw myself under the bus by posting it, so here it is . Enjoy.

Pretty sure I was IN youth group when you produced and aired this… I had forgotten what a stylish youth paster you were.

Way to bust some moves there, Noel…I wish another camera had been there to catch the motorist’s faces as they drove past! Good stuff!!

Hey, that’s Weird Al, and his version’s better for the record.

Wow, noel. I really want to read the bible more. I was wondering if you could do some cutting edge video for my youth group too.

Jackson did “Beat It”, Weird Al answered with “Eat It.”
Both are excellent ways to cope with life’s problems.

Just think of all the youth we could attract with relevant videos like this.

I’ve gotta dig out the video you made to the Cake song “He’s going the distance” with you wearing the Cheerios shirt, running through back yards to get to an event.

Indeed.
