It looks like we might be working up a Dutch contingent to take on the 100 push-ups challenge here in Amsterdam as well... I'm thinking we'll probably start next week. Thought you might be interested to hear that.

Do this mean we can see you going up on stage, doing one handed push ups, and having Rocky music in the background after you can do 100 of them?

I do 125 three times a week with the rest of my workout. My workout that I've tweaked until I got it down is basically one set with many reps since I can't stand the idea of going through it again.

Start with a number like 10 and that's my base. All exercises after that are multiples of the base number. Do that three times in a week and then next week move the base number up 1-2. I peak at 25 for a base since it takes me a minimal of 25 minutes to get through it. Add in 25LB. free weights and that's all I do for that aspect. Add in 30 minutes of treadmill on those days, and 45 minutes when I don't lift.

Over 20Lbs. lost this year and that's including taking two months off because I messed up my knee at work. Aiming for under 20% body fat since that's what's deemed healthy for my age(31-40). It also would mean going from just over 30% to under 20%.

I’m sticking with my set of 60 every day… beyond that is dangerous. A short lapse can lead to a Bob Paulson chest.

His name is Robert Paulson.

Mountain biking > pushups. I was at Burchfield on Saturday and the trails are in great condition. The teeter totter and Dragonball Run beckon.

you mountain bike? Is there a small group @ riv for MTBrs? If not we should start one.

I don't think one exists, but it has been talked about on and off.
