Linda Stanley @ Leadership Network here - it's hard to deny Noel's prettiness for sure and we actually do grasp the concept of a plural model of leadership. We apologize for not having access to any of Noel's embarrassing childhood pics or his grey and metal portfolio. Unfortunately we had to work with what was available to us at the time. Perhaps we can capture the real Noel, grey and metal, in a future photo op. And Lost does not repeat the same story line each week but 24 does.
Peace and grace.

...so much work to signup for that. But I was happy to see your picture there had both grey and metal: Ha. And I wasn't sure when they didn't have 'just a member' listed. Some lady in Bamenda Cameroon said I'm a deacon by the volunteer ministry work.

Yeah...for sure it's hard for people to grasp the plural model of leadership and quite often things get published this way.

I agree. They probably picked my least favorite of all the pics Brett took. BTW, for those of you who care, here are the rest of the shots he took.

I'll have to go read the rest. It seems like they present you as the only pastor at Riv; but this concludes with a model of multiple leaders. Personally I prefer your pictures which show grey and metal, they capture a truer "pretty".
