I have heard rumors that some people have a hard time accessing my site or that it is very slow for them. I would like to figure out exactly what is going on.
So, bare minimum, would you answer this quick poll?

Hi, I'm Noel and I'm a recovering hypocrite. I spend the majority of my time pastoring and teaching at Riverview, surfing the internet on my iPhone, being obsessed with Jack Bauer, and hanging out with my smoking hot wife and four wildly talented children. I plan on spending the rest of my life figuring out how to vicariously plant hundreds of churches without ever leaving my church.
Oh, and even though I work for Riverview, everything here is my personal opinion and nothing more.

I voted “slowish” as it seems to take longer for the initial connection to your site than most others I visit often. It is fairly consistent that way. Definitely not as slow as dirt though. I use OpenDNS & have thought that maybe not enough people are coming to your site through OpenDNs to keep your pages in the OpenDNS cache so I am always waiting for pages to load from your server, so it seems slower. Just a thought…

You need an “i have no clue because i pretty much only read it through RSS feeds…hey, wait a second was this really just a ploy to get me to visit the site? Damn that clever Noelle!” option on the poll.

I said average because I don’t really have that many issues with it. I read most of the stuff via Bloglines anyway.

I would tend to agree that the initial connection is slightly slow. I went between opendns and comcast and there was no difference. However the site performance is good. There is no way your server could handle a million hits a day though.

It loads up blazing fast for me, but that’s probably because I only ever visit at work. Here’s hoping Steve Hrapkiewicz doesn’t visit your blog much…
And the real question is, “phentermine — how it works?” I don’t think that’s even gramatically correct.
