I can’t say that I watched the whole 8 minutes of this workout via glumbert but that shouldn’t keep you from watching it.

Of course, make sure you watch long enough to see the complicated “add on.”

    wow… um… you should check out dave’s blog and I am pretty sure that the guy in his exercise video and the the guy in your video have a lot in common… like dating….
