Sick People

I spent time in two hospitals today. The irony was the two guys I was visiting went in for the same thing. One was released…they told him he was fine. The other is hooked up to a bazillion tubes.
It made me think about this passage…
Matthew 9:10-12
Later, Matthew invited Jesus and his disciples to his home as dinner guests, along with many tax collectors and other disreputable sinners. But when the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with such scum?”
When Jesus heard this, he said, “Healthy people don’t need a doctor—sick people do.”
Here’s the question: who do we prefer to keep in the church and who do we like to send packing?
