Hi, I'm Noel and I'm a recovering hypocrite. I spend the majority of my time pastoring and teaching at Riverview, surfing the internet on my iProducts, and hanging out with my smoking hot wife and four wildly talented children. I plan on spending the rest of my life figuring out how to vicariously plant hundreds of churches without ever leaving my church. Oh, and even though I work for Riv, everything here is my personal opinion and nothing more.

somehow on my first look at this I missed the “I’m a lesbian part” and thought it was a guy admitting he’d be gay with Jack Bauer.

funny you should post that. last night in my dorm we had a program called : Guess Who’s Gay? the LGBTA alliance on campus came and these people opened themselves up to us and allowed us to guess their sexuality. some were gay, some were lesbians, transgender, others were straight. what i found interesting, and wanted to ask you about, was their take on religion. some of them stated that they maintained close relationships with God, and that the church has been very accepting of their decision. how do you view homosexual activity, and what about the church? i believe it is something that people are born with, not a choice to make…but the bible says this is a sin, so even if they are christians will they go to hell? i mean i don’t understand it, and was hoping you might have some insight on all of this for me.
