Grace’s passport is supposed to be delivered on Monday. I’ll believe it when I see it. If it doesn’t come, I am not sure what I am going to do. Probably go postal.
In another arena, I thought I was teaching at Riv the week I get back from Europe, but I just found out that I am not. I can’t even tell you how much that means to me. I thought I was in serious trouble.
Here’s an update of our schedule the next couple weeks:
August 13 – Fly out of Detroit
August 14 – Land in Amsterdam (I am going to try to get us a layover there so my wife can see Amsterdam…if it doesn’t work, we fly out an hour later for Prague…we’ll see)
August 14 – Land in Prague, 5 day vacation…very cool. Here’s our hotel (and yes, they have free internet):
August 18 – People from Italy will pick us up and drive us for a few hours to Wisla, Poland, we will start the conference that night
August 22 – We drive back to Prague
August 23 – Fly home
August 24 – Doing a wedding on a beach in the Detroit area (and yes, we will be barefoot…yee ha)
August 28 – Doing a wedding in Renaissance style in the Detroit area. (and yes, I will be wearing a monk’s robe)
What a crazy schedule. Anyhoo, I’m sure I will have lots to post on later. Just not now.
