I got on a roll today. Check out this pile of stuff we can know about Christ:
- We boast in what He has done, not in our human effort.
- Because of what He has done, all the things we once thought were important are worthless.
- Everything is worthless compared with the priceless gain of knowing Him.
- He can save us.
- We can really know Him.
- We can experience the mighty power that raised Him from the dead.
- We can learn what it means to suffer with Him.
- Our conduct can show if we are enemies of His cross.
- We are citizens of heaven with Him.
- We eagerly wait for His return.
- His peace can guard our hearts and minds.
- We can live in Him.
- We can do everything with His help.
- He will give us the strength we need.
- He has given us glorious riches.
- He is the visible image of the invisible God.
- He existed before God made anything.
- He is supreme over all creation.
- He is the one through whom God created everything.
- He made the things we can see and the things we cannot.
- Everything has been created through Him and for Him.
- He is the head of the church.
- He is the first of all who will rise from the dead.
- He lives in us.
- He is the fullness of God in a human body.
